I have always believed that art is my path to joy, so with that in mind, I have set a challenge for myself.
I set myself the goal of painting and showing up for my art no matter how busy life gets, no matter how exhausted I might feel, I am going to make time for the joy of art.
I decided to call it the "Paint Even When" Challenge.
I create art even when I'm tired.
I create art even when I'm feeling sad or in grief.
I create are even when life gets hectic.
I'm basically making time for my art and sharing the creation of it with you.
