It’s my pleasure to present myself and my work to you. I trust that life has brought you to this page for a reason.
Before I realised that I was born to be an Artist, Art Therapist and a Writer, I spent over a decade working within the area of mental health and well-being as a Counsellor and an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker. I am still working within this area, specialising in chronic pain (TMS) and trauma recovery (you can read more about my own personal journey with these issues in my book Coming to Life).
